To apply to AEP at Kate Chegwin you must complete the following 2 things
1. Select "Kate Chegwin School" through SchoolZone during Pre-Enrollment and select AEP as your program
2. Complete the Kate Chegwin AEP Online Application Form

SCHOOL YEAR (2026-2027)
For the 2026 - 2027 school year, Kate Chegwin School is full in planned classes for Grade 7 in both the regular and Academic Enrichment program. We will no longer accept enrolment requests for Grade 7 in the Academic Enrichment program. For the regular program, we will now only accept resident students for Grade 7 whose parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have newly moved into the school’s attendance area and only if Svend Hansen School's grade is also full, from the Laurel East portion of their attendance area. A resident student of Edmonton Public Schools has at least one parent or legal guardian living in Edmonton who is not Roman Catholic. Non-resident students can enrol in another Division school with space in planned classes.
