To apply to AEP at Kate Chegwin you must complete the following 2 things
1. Select "Kate Chegwin School" through SchoolZone during Pre-Enrollment and select AEP as your program
2. Complete the Kate Chegwin AEP Online Application Form

SCHOOL YEAR (2024-2025)
For the 2024 - 2025 school year, Kate Chegwin School is full in planned classes in Grades 7, 8 and 9 in the regular program and Grades 7, 8 and 9 in the Academic Enrichment program. We will no longer be accepting students in the Academic Enrichment program in these grades. For the regular program, we will now only accept resident students for Grades 7, 8 and 9 whose parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have newly moved into the school’s attendance area. A resident student of Edmonton Public Schools has at least one parent or legal guardian living in Edmonton who is not Roman Catholic. Non-resident students can enroll in another Division school with space in planned classes.
